Introduction
Jesus said it clearly, and warned the world against soul-demonization. Yet, many do not understand what He meant, while others neglect His very important teachings and messages.
13 "But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees (religious leaders), hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.
Matthew 23:13-15
15 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees (religious leaders), hypocrites! For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.
Matthew 23:15
How Churches Are Now Prisons
A good farmer first clears the ground, by cutting, drying, burning and plowing, before he sows the seeds and plants the stems. Then, he tends the plant by applying manure and removing weeds. At the harvest time, he goes with joy and vessels to the farm, to reap what good fruits he had sown.
Likewise, students belong to different schools and study for many years under different teachers. But once final examination comes, every student strives to pass whatever examination the central examination body would set for them.
Again, when people to travel on board a plane to a far away country, first they move, individually or collectively, to the airport. Each person or group leaves behind their vehicles to board the one plane that will take them to their destination.
How come that each time the Holy Spirit speaks, the Christians refuse to obey His voice. All you hear from the Christians, according to their various sects, is:
“That is not how our church worships.”
“Our church does not believe that.”
“It is against my faith.”
“My reverend father said I should not do it.”
“My pastor said, ‘No’.”
And so it happens that majority refuse to do what God says. They are busy everyday following the false imaginations of their hearts, to the neglect of the guidance of the Holy Spirit. They easily forget the warning of Jesus,
3 He answered and said to them, "Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition?
Matthew 15:3-4
The conclusions today are that churches are not producing saints, who can recognize and respond to the Holy Spirit. Rather, they are making people demons, who relentlessly refuse to obey the Holy Spirit. The result is soul-demonization by the religious leaders, to the extent that most of the dead have not attained leaven. Instead, so many souls have been lost to the hell fire. Still, both religious leaders and the general public do not know the ugly situation in spirit. Mankind have become like a series of ants, which are steadily coming out of a hole, without knowing that a predator is by the hole side eating them up one by one.
The Dangerous Effects Of Soul-Demonization
The bad result is that today, churches are turning their members into demons, without people knowing what is happening. And what many call faith is nothing but stubbornness - The persistent refusal to do what God has said.
Below are facts which show that churches are turning people into demons without people know what is happening:
- Jesus says that when the members come into the churches, they pretend to be saints before the religious leaders, who are spiritually blind. But once the members leave the church, they throw away the right teachings and turn themselves into demons and wolves, which hate and oppose everything of God.
- Church members are not humble enough to receive corrections. Instead, they prefer praises from those who encourage them in wrong path.
- When you tell people something, they would refuse to hear or learn the truth in what is being said. Rather, they hold on to the false teachings of their diverse churches, ministries and fellowship.
- People are always going to the house of God for what God would do for them. They come like thieves looking for blessings to steal and run away. Only very few seek for the Truth, for God’s sake and for the sake of His kingdom.
- Moral decadence and general lawlessness are very common in the society. Everybody does things in whichever way he likes, without minding the consequences.
- General disobediences to the word of God. The primary aim of all religions and churches is to teach people the word of God. But today, many religious leaders are rather teaching their personal opinions and collective decisions made at meetings, councils, synods and conferences. Many members follow suit without knowing that the leaders have deviated from what God has said.
- Heedlessness to the end time warnings and messages of Jesus Christ. A general survey of Christian life shows that people hear the word of God and receive it, but many do not live it. Many are playing hypocrites, even without knowing it. Even those who promise or give assurances fail to live up to expectations. No wonder Jesus said,
"Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' Matthew 7:21-23
- Hatred of people of other religions. Hatred is a sin and it is demonic in origin and character. A true saint doses not hate. He may not like something, but he does not hate it, for hatred is a deadly poison that destroys the hater. You should live your life with goodwill unto all humanity.
- People are dangerously proud. Consider the members of various churches, ministries and fellowship, and see how they pride themselves about as the best, as the people of God, and regard members of other churches as sinners.
- Neglect of holiness, even by religious leaders.
- Many are practicing what they do not know. Ask the believers the meaning of Truth, Righteousness and Holiness, which are the three keys to the gate of heaven. They are happy and bold enough to explain them in details, each according to his religious beliefs and practices. Then, examine what they say in spirit, and you discover that most of them are saying nonsense. Nobody can enter the kingdom of God just by claiming it, but by doing the will of God in spirit and in truth, and by righteousness and holiness.
- Worldly fashion and trends. People are expected to avoid every form of worldliness, in other to attain heaven. Nowadays, people are rather following every form of worldliness, even with intoxication, to the neglect of heavenly kingdom. Many readily and happily say that Christianity is fashionable. Indeed, they are deceiving themselves, for Christianity is not fashionable. Rather, it is saintly.
How come that the churches and ministers
are now breeding sons of disobedience
and daughters of iniquities?
Blessed are those who enter the kingdom before the gate is locked.
But woe to those who are excluded because they exclude themselves.
